Last updated: 28th August 2026
Welcome to Holiday Dreams. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website holidaydreams.co.uk (the “Site”) and any holiday, travel arrangement, or related service booked through Holiday Dreams (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or make a booking with us.
1. About Us
Holiday Dreams is an independent travel agency based in Spalding, trading as HOLIDAY DREAMS LTD. Company registration number: 15312519. Registered office: 34 Hall Place, Spalding, England, PE11 1SG.
Holiday Dreams is a member of ABTA (membership number: P8647). Full details of the financial protection that applies to your booking will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Our Role
We act as a travel agent, arranging bookings on your behalf with tour operators, airlines, hoteliers, and other travel service providers (“Suppliers”). In some cases, we may act as the organiser of a package holiday, in which case the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 will apply, and we will confirm this to you in writing at the point of booking.
The specific terms and conditions of the relevant Supplier(s) will also apply to your booking and will be provided to you before you confirm.
3. Making a Booking
3.1 Bookings can be made online, by phone, by email, or in person at our office.
3.2 A booking is only confirmed once we have issued a confirmation invoice and received the required deposit or payment in full.
3.3 The lead passenger named on the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all persons named on the booking, and is responsible for making all payments due.
3.4 You must check your confirmation invoice carefully as soon as you receive it and tell us immediately if any information appears incorrect, including names, dates, and destinations. Names must match passports exactly.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 Prices quoted are correct at the time of quotation but may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or Supplier pricing changes, in line with the applicable Supplier’s terms.
4.2 A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due by the date specified on your confirmation invoice. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
4.3 Payment methods accepted will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Amendments and Cancellations
5.1 If you wish to amend or cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Amendment and cancellation charges will vary depending on the Supplier’s terms and how close to departure the change is made. We will confirm applicable charges before processing any amendment or cancellation.
5.2 We reserve the right to pass on any charges levied by Suppliers in relation to amendments or cancellations.
5.3 If we or a Supplier need to make a significant change to your booking, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and explain your options, which may include accepting the change, choosing an alternative, or cancelling with a refund, in accordance with the relevant Supplier’s terms and applicable law.
6. Travel Documents, Passports, Visas and Health
6.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you and everyone on your booking hold a valid passport, any necessary visas, and meet any health requirements for your destination.
6.2 We can provide general guidance, but you should check official government and embassy sources (such as gov.uk) for up-to-date requirements, as these can change.
6.3 We accept no liability for any loss or additional cost arising from your failure to hold correct travel documentation.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking, covering cancellation, medical expenses, and repatriation. It is your responsibility to ensure your insurance is suitable for your trip.
8. Our Liability
8.1 Where we act purely as agent, our liability is limited to matters within our reasonable control, such as errors in the booking process. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or default of any Supplier, whose own terms and conditions and liability limits will apply.
8.2 Where we act as organiser of a package holiday, our liability will be as set out under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and will be confirmed in your booking documentation.
8.3 We do not accept liability for events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, war, terrorism, industrial action, or government restrictions (“Force Majeure”).
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong during your trip, please raise it with the Supplier or their local representative immediately, as they are often best placed to resolve it. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us in writing within 28 days of your return so we can assist further.
